Our team oversees substrate preparation, floor levelling, system supply and installation through trusted heating specialists, right through to precision tile laying and final handover. You get a single point of contact and complete accountability for both the heating performance and the tile finish.

    If you already have an underfloor heating installer lined up, our team can also coordinate with them or the main contractor. We'd check substrate levels early to establish whether or not floor levelling is needed, install the waterproofing, then allow time for the heating install before installing the tiles.
